I was disappointed in how long it took to have my prints ready. I submitted them around noon and at 6 they were still not ready but on top of that they were not even printed because apparently there was an issue with the file that was sent in but at no time did anyone take a moment to call to inform me of the situation. On top of that when I arrived at the store I waited for over an hour and half before a manager even came out to speak with me regarding my situation. If I would not have come to the store I probably would have never gotten my prints which I didn't get until around 8pm. Extremely disappointing.
My order wasn't ready but I got a email saying it was. NEVER GOT AN UPDATE WHEN WAS ACTUALLY READY. I t was another 24 hr and late. I haven't even picked it up. Don't even need it now.
The order process was easy and I had my order the same day. I didn’t have to wait 48 hours like some places.
Still getting white outline around print… not 👍

I’ve done a lot heat pressing with DTF transfers and I am sorry to say that the quality of these transfers is amongst the lowest of any company I have tried. Very disappointed in these and will stick with the brands I know work every time.
